Carbonation Table

Employment Application

Use this chart to find out the ideal initial CO2 pressure setting for your keg.  Since temperature is the biggest factor here, you'll want to find out the actual temperature of your beer first, then decide on the carbonation level you prefer ie: true European Pilsners are poured at nearly 3 "volumes" while the English pub bitter may be at 2.2 or lower, most products are dispensed in the 2.4-2.5 range.  Find your dispense temperature on the left, then your "volumes of CO2" number on the chart, and slide up to find your ideal starting pressure setting.  If you have any problems or questions, please feel free to contact us & we'll do our best to get things straightened out for you.
